Appendix 7 - Standard Report Templates

There are three types of Report Templates:

•Type 1: Report templates that must be run from the Tools > Reports menu. These reports may contain SQL WHERE clauses.

•Type 2: Report templates that must be run from the BLUE printer icon found directly above some grids. These reports automatically inject a SQL WHERE clause into the template, so the template must be designed without a WHERE clause.

•Type 3: Report templates that must be run from the ORANGE printer icon found in the right margin. These reports automatically inject a SQL WHERE clause into the template, so the template must be designed without a WHERE clause

Report templates are organized into folders and sub-folders, with the primary folders being:

•Career Center

•Companies

•Events

•Job Orders

•Opportunities

•People

•Projects

•Time Management

•Utilities

There is a standard report that lists all report templates. It is called UL17 Deskflow Report Names
