Introduction

The Deskflow Client Reference Guide is not a training tool or process operating guide but a compendium of how to do anything and everything in Deskflow. For first-time Deskflow Users, refer to the Deskflow Beginners Guide, and for information on the Deskflow Career portal refer to the document called Deskflow Career Centre Guide.  It is intended for Users of Deskflow Version 12+

A knowledge of MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook is assumed for anyone wanting to benefit from this manual. The web-based version of this manual is much easier to use because everything is indexed and cross-referenced.

This document is organized by function, not by overall business process. In the HTML version, additional subject and phrase search capabilities are provided.

As an example, the chapter on searching the database shows you how and what data you can search.

It does not show you how to find the best Candidates for an open position, or how manage a project or job order.
