Candidate Staging |
Top Previous Next |
In Deskflow Projects, Candidates are identified, screened and developed in progressive lists, with each list used at a particular stage of the Project. This makes lists of Candidates available to be re-used in new Projects when the Job Description is similar.
The Research tab has six sub-tabs for Candidate lists: •File Search List - for Candidates searched for and selected from the database •Benchmark List - for ideal but unavailable Candidates •Target Companies List and Target Employees List •Advertised Search (and web) Candidates List - for Candidates responding to advertised positions •Sources List and Recommended Candidates List •Internal List - for Client Company internal Candidates
There are codes for Left Message, Candidate Status, Rank and Off-limits status within each Candidate list.
As Candidates progress through a Project, their names can be copied from Stage to Stage: 1.From a Research list to the Contact Register (also known as the Long List). 2.From the Contact Register to the Screening Interview list. 3.From the Screening Interview list to the Presented list. 4.From the Presented list to the Client Interview list.
Several reports are available to track Candidate progress through a Project: •Candidate Counts by Stage •Candidates in Research lists •Candidates in the Staging Process
