Client Interviews with Candidates are scheduled and organized in the Client Interviews tab. Each Interview will be scheduled in both Deskflow Diary and the Outlook Calendar. When an Interview is complete, check the Done check box and record Interview comments by the Candidate and the Client Interviewer.
To Coordinate Client or Hiring Manager Interviews: 1.This view is where Hiring Manager Interviews are scheduled and results recorded. 2.The list in the top half of the window summarizes Interview dates, Interviewers names, and Candidates names. If an interview has been completed, the Done flag must be checked. 3.To create a new Interview time slot, click the blue Add New Interview Record icon, then in the bottom half of the window, select a Candidate’s name from the drop down, one or two Interviewers, and an Interview Date and Time, using the calendar. 4.Interview Dates will automatically be added to each Interviewer’s Diary, showing up as Appointments for the selected day. A copy will also be made to the Recruiter's Outlook Calendar as non-busy time. 5.When the Candidate has been confirmed for the Interview Date, check the Candidate Confirmed box. 6.When the Client’s hiring manager has confirmed the Interview date, check the Client Confirmed box. 7.Results of each interview must be recorded, and notes made by the interviewers to reflect both Candidates’ and Clients’ comments.
