Colour Code People and Off Limits

Color code People and Companies off limits or refer by function and region within an organization.  Maintain off limits timing etc. People who are employed by Client Companies are automatically off-limits and are color coded yellow or red. People who are Placed are automatically coded as being off-limits for 2 years (time frame is a system setting). People can be manually color coded by assigning the People.Type variable.

To Place a Candidate into the Project Block status:

1.Move a Candidate into the Presented list.

2.Candidate then gets a Yellow Project block status.

3.Move a Candidate into the Client Interview list.

4.Candidate then gets a Red Project block status.
