Each Company can have multiple addresses or locations, with each location able to show multiple current employees at each location. The Merge Addresses icon provides for the merging of one or more child Companies into a master Company. All detail records are merged as well. To link a current employee to a selected address, click the Red Pushpin icon.

 

The Address tab is used to capture both the general as well as the mailing address for a Company.

 

Each Address of a Company can have a Company name that is different from the main Company name. This is useful for mailings to other countries where the spelling of the Company name may be different from the main Company name.

 

To Enter Address Information:

1.Enter a Company name for mailings to this address.

2.Enter the Address description.

3.From the Location Type drop down, select a location type.

4.Enter the address, city, state, zip, and country.

5.Click Copy To. This clones the address into the mailing address.

6.Enter address-related phone numbers.

7.Click Save.
