Create a People List

As a result of doing a Search or a Power Search for People, a list of People appear in the Browse tab. This list may be saved into a folder of lists. Any search that creates a list of more than one record can be named and saved in a User-defined folder. All lists that a single person belongs to can be seen from the People View screen.

 

There are two types of folders that a list can be saved in:

Public folder - accessible to all other Deskflow Users.

Private folder - accessible only to the User currently logged into Deskflow. Lists that are saved in the Private folder can only be viewed by the owner.

 

To Create a People List:

1.Click Save in the right margin. A pop-up list appears.

2.From the pop-up list, select All xxx People.

3.Select the folder where the list is to be saved, enter a name for the list, then click Save.

4.Enter a unique new list name for the list.

5.Click Save.

NOTE: Deskflow prevents a person from being added to the same list twice.
