Concentrate on the following tasks:

1.Create lists of names/contacts within a Marketing Campaign/Activity.

2.Create a pipeline/timescale for marketing events.

3.Create contact notes/communication to show progress.

4.Create reports on progress.

5.Create reports on guest list analysis.

6.Perform mail merges to create letters, bulk email and labels.

7.Record meetings using Microsoft Outlook.

 

In this section, the User will deploy the Deskflow Opportunity Manager to record a marketing activity such as an event, dinner or marketing campaign that could become a future assignment.

NOTE: Marketing activities can also be done from Company Lists (for marketing at the corporate level) and Contact Lists (for marketing at the personal level), but this test scenario will only be conducted from the Opportunity Manager. Opportunities in Deskflow are for planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities that may lead to live assignments. An opportunity can be as small as a dinner for a prospective Client or as big as a country, region or business sector.
