An Opportunity is a plan to generate revenue from future sales of Products, Services, Expertise or Market Knowledge. An Opportunity may generate a Project or multiple Projects.
The Opportunities Manager module of Deskflow provides capabilities to create, search and manage Opportunities. Reports are provided to assess the revenue potential of Opportunities.
