Event Sessions are subsidiary or child records attached to an Event.
A Session is used to invite and track attendance of people known as Invitees.
A Session has the following attributes: •Session Name •Session Venue - likely to be the same for all Sessions in an Event, but could be different •Session Location - different for each Session eg. Room 12, Centre Court, Race Track 3 etc •Session Status •Session Target Number (of Invitees) •Session Planned Start Date and Time •Session Planned End Date and Time •Session Actual Start Date and Time •Session Actual End Date and Time •Session Budget (planned) in the local currency defined on the Event Details tab •Session Expenses (actual) in the local currency defined on the Event Details tab •Session Host(s) - which are Deskflow Users assigned to organize and manage the Session Session values such as Budget and Expenses aggregate to the Event level, as do Invitees, Documents and Activity History.
