Permission to access another User's Diary must be set up using the Deskflow Administrator tool.
It is possible to view and modify another Deskflow User's Diary, even though the User operates in another time zone.
When viewing another User's Diary, Time is shown with your own Time Zone settings.
If the other Deskflow User is located in a different time zone, Appointments for that User will be shown in your local time zone, as defined in the Windows Date/Time Settings.
For example, if the other User is located in GMT time in London (GMT=0) but you are in Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5hrs), then a 1pm GMT appointment will show on your diary at 8am.
To Open Another User's Diary:
1.Open the Diary.
2.Right click in the Appointments panel.
3.From the pop up list, click View User Diaries.
4.Select one or more Users from the Resources list then click Close.
5.The selected Diaries are displayed.
