What does Deskflow do?

Deskflow manages a centralized database of Contacts, Candidates, Companies, Documents, Events, Opportunities, Career websites, Calendars, Email, Executive Search Projects, Direct Hire Job Orders, Contract Job Orders, Multi-rate Locum Tenens Job Orders, Report Templates, Word Templates, Instant Messages, Workflow Process Templates and Client Portal.

 

Each registered Deskflow User is given access to one or more functional modules, depending on the User's roles and responsibilities.

 

Deskflow is installed on a User's workstation, which then connects via an Application Server to a central database shared by other Users in the same organization. The User can then utilize Deskflow to assist in performing business development, advertising, recruiting, interviewing, document management, email communication, meeting activities, activity planning and recording.
