Activity Type Definitions:

 

Call No Contact - A person was called but no contact was made.

Contact Call - A person has been called.

Candidate Accepted - A Client-Candidate interview has an outcome of Accepted.

Candidate Confirmed - An Interview has been confirmed between the Client and the Candidate.

Candidate Rejected - A Client interview has an outcome of Rejected.

Candidate Unblocked - A Candidate’s blocks have been removed.

Client Interview - A Client interview has been scheduled.

Do Not Call - Person should not be called.

Email Sent - An email has been sent to a person.

Email Sent Forward - An email has been forwarded to a person.

Email Sent Reply - A reply has been sent to a person.

Follow-up Call - A follow-up call was placed to the person.

Future Interest - Candidate is not currently interested in the position but may have an interest in the future.

Import Document - A spreadsheet has been imported.

Internal Interview - An Internal Interview (screening interview) has been scheduled.

Left Message - A voice mail message has been left for a person.

Marketing Call Report - A marketing call has been made to a Company Contact

New Document - A new document has been imported into Deskflow.

Note - Notes have been added.

Pre-Screened - A pre-screen activity has occurred.

Received Email - An email has been received.

Rejected - Used by recruiter.

Search Contact Record - Contact with a Candidate has been recorded in an SCR form.

Send Info - Marketing material needs to be sent to the person.

Submittal - Candidates have been presented to the hiring manager.
