Add Company Activity History

To Add a Company Contact Activity History Record:

1.Select a Current Contact or a Past Contact

2.Click the Create New Activity History Record icon OR press ALT+H.

3.On the Log Activity History dialog box, accept or change the default Activity Type (Note) from the drop down list.

4.Completed By defaults to the current User but can be changed to another User.

5.Completed On defaults to the current date and time. Or change it to suit.

6.Enter Description or accept the default value (which is defined by the Deskflow Administrator).

7.Optionally click Show Links to link the activity to other objects such as Company or Project.

8.Click OK.

 

To Add a Company Activity History Record:

1.Open the Company History tab

2.Click the Create New Activity History icon

3.On the Log Activity History dialog box, enter an Activity Type from the drop down list.

4.Completed By defaults to the current User but can be changed to another User.

5.Completed On defaults to the current date and time. Or change it to suit.

6.Enter Description or accept the default value (which is defined by the Deskflow Administrator).

7.Optionally click Show Links to link the activity to other objects such as Company or Project.

8.Click OK.
