A Marketing Call Report on a Person does the following:

 

It references all the known and useful information about a Contact who is in a Primary position at a company.

It provides a structured document to record the results of a marketing call to the person and to schedule followup activities.

It provides a turn-around document. Any changes made on the Marketing Call Report update the original values on a Save.

It provides a shareable note-taking location.

 

To Create a Marketing Call Report:

1.Find and display the Contact person (must be in a primary position at a known company)

2.Click the New Marketing Call Report icon

3.Edit the Marketing Call Report

4.Click Save

5.An Activity History record with Activity Type = Marketing Call Report is created
