References are People that will be used to verify a Person's background, credentials or previous job history.
To Add References: 1.Open the People > References tab. 2.Click the Add/Delete References icon. 3.Click the Add New Reference Record icon in the Working with Candidate References form. 4.Click the Link Referee icon, 5.Find and select a Referee Name. 6.If the Referee name does not exist in the database, click Add New. 7.Enter a Contact date. 8.Enter Notes. 9.Click OK. To manually add a Reference, click the Add/Delete References icon. To remove a Reference name from the list, click the Delete Reference icon. To zoom to details about a Reference person, click the Zoom to Person icon. |
