Add Referrals

Referrals are Contacts or Candidates that this Person has provided for a specific or future position.

 

The Referrals tab is used to capture any referrals that the person may provide.

 

To Add a Referral:

1.Open the People > References tab.

2.Click the Add Referral icon, PlusIconB.

 

If the Referral exists in Deskflow:

1.Click the Add Referral icon, PlusIconB.

2.Search for the Referral’s name.

3.Select the Referral name.

4.Click OK.

 

If the Referral does not exist in Deskflow:

1.Click the Add Referral icon, PlusIconB.

2.Click the Add New button.

3.Enter the mandatory fields of LastName, FirstName and Title as a minimum.

4.Optionally enter more information about the Person.

5.Click Save.

 

To Remove a Referral name from the list

1.Select the Referral name

2.Click Delete Referral.

 

To zoom to details about a Referral

Select the Referral name

click Zoom to Person.
