Invoices for Contract Job Orders and Direct Hire Invoices are different.

 

Contract Job Orders

Contract Job Orders have a Start Date & Time and an End Date & Time.

Billing Rates and Pay Rates are also based on a time period such as dollars per hour, dollars per day etc.

Each contract Position (there can be many Positions per Contract Job Order) must have both a Bill Rate and Pay Rate.

Timesheet data must be captured as a primary input to the billing process.
