Create Marketing Call Report

Marketing Call Reports have three objectives:

•Record marketing calls to Company contacts

•Edit and update details about the person contacted

•Schedule follow-up calls or appointments

To Create a New Marketing Call Report:

1.Select a contact, then click MCR.

2.Enter details in the MCR form.

3.Schedule followup appointments or tasks.

4.Click Save.
