Create Activity History Record

To Create an Activity History Record for a Current Contact:

1.Select the Current Contact record

2.Click the Create New Activity History Record icon

3.Enter Description and optional Notes

4.Click the Create Task icon to optionally create a Task, Phone Call, Appointment or Meeting

5.Click OK to save the record.
