After a Project is completed by placing the Candidate, Project Status is set to Completed on the first tab of the Project view.
To Delete a Completed Project:
1.In the Project Placements tab, Placements section, click the Clear Placement icon, 
2.In the Project tab, change the Project Status value from Completed to Active
3.Click the Delete Project icon in the right hand margin.
4.The Project will be deleted.
