Document Mail Merging

Document mail merging uses Word Templates that are designed and archived in the Deskflow Templates folder.

Each Word Mail merge template MUST have a SQL query embedded in it.

Each Word Mail merge template MUST have at least one merge field in the body of the template. Without a merge field, mail merging will fail with inexplicable error messages.
