All documents related to People, Companies, Projects and Job Orders can be stored in Deskflow.

Deskflow will accept multiple document types such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Graphics formats, HTML, AVL, etc.

 

Also stored within the database are Word documents that were created with a mail merge Template in Deskflow then saved in the database after the merge was completed.

Similarly, emails created with a mail merge Template are stored in the Deskflow email archive as MSG objects. In this case, the body of the email is the result of the mail merge, not an attached document.

 

The Templates created and stored in Deskflow are Word document templates that are used to mail merge information into documents or emails sent to individual recipients or lists of recipients.

 

All documents are linked in multiple ways: for example, a letter to a Contact is linked to the User, the contact person and the Company that employs the Contact person.
