Event Invitees

Invitees to an Event are People in the Deskflow database that have been added to all the Sessions in the Event.

The Status of an Invitee determines if the person has accepted, declined or has confirmed attendance at the Event.

Invitations can only be sent from a Session Invitees list, not the aggregated list displayed in an Event.

 

To Group Invitees by Status:

1.Open an Invitees list.

2.Drag the Event Status column header into the Grouping band.

3.The Invitees list will be grouped by Event Status.

4.Sort the Invitee list as required.

 

To Filter a List of Invitees:

1.Open an Invitee list.

2.Decide which column to filter on.

3.Click the Filter icon in the column header.

4.Setup the filter criteria as required.
