To Import Parsed Resumes:
1.Setup personalized Import Options
2.Edit the database Record Properties fields as required. These will be remembered by the system.
3.Setup duplicate record matching options:
Option A: Manual Resolution of Duplicate Records.
This option should be used when only one or a few resumes are to be parsed and imported. It should NOT be used to do bulk importing of hundreds or thousands of resumes/cvs.
Option B: Automatic Resolution of Duplicate Records
This option should only be used by expertly trained Deskflow Users to do bulk importing of resumes/cvs
OR for updating existing candidate profiles by parsing resumes/cvs already in the Deskflow database
4.Click OK to start the import process.
5.If Manual Matching option was selected, the User must perform manual drag and drop actions for each suspected duplicate. If no suspected duplicate is detected, importing proceeds without user intervention
6.If Automatic Matching option was selected, all records will be imported with no user intervention required
