Refresh Local Data Stores

In order to increase performance, Deskflow caches commonly used information such as drop down lists, skills, templates etc on each User's workstation. These are known as Local Data Stores.

 

Information is copied from the database to the User's Local Data Stores when Deskflow is first started.

 

However, if a User wants to edit the Skills Dictionary, for example, it is possible that some other User may have made alterations to the Skills table during the day.

Therefore, to ensure that a User is working with the most up-to-date information in the Local Data Stores, the following procedure must be performed:

 

Click Tools > Refresh Local Stores
