Import People from Resumes

This section is applicable if the Deskflow Administrator has enabled the option to use the Sovren Parser.

Resumes/CVs can be sent to the Sovren Parser in three ways:

1.From Outlook emails that have resume attachments

2.From a Windows folder containing a list of resumes (drag & drop or file open)

3.From an existing list of people in the database. This option is used to refresh existing candidate profiles.
