Install Deskflow Client from an FTP site

To Install Deskflow using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer):

1.Right-click Start > Explore to open Microsoft Windows Explorer.

2.In the Address box enter: FTP://206.130.11.63.

3.Enter Login name: Deskflow

4.Enter Password:   ???  (call the Deskflow helpdesk at +1-416-932-0020 extension 223 or 229)

5.Click Log On. A list of folders and files will be displayed.

6.Open the folder called: Deskflow Setups.

7.Right-click the sub-folder called: DFE Setup ver.7.8.16 (or what-ever is the current version)

8.Select option: Copy to Folder...

9.Select a temporary download location on your computer, such as the Desktop.

10.Click OK to start the Deskflow Setup package download.

11.Close the FTP page when the download is complete.

12.Open the down-loaded folder and double-click the file SETUP.EXE.

13.Answer the questions to install Deskflow.

14.Answer the questions to install IFilters.

15.Click Finish.

16.A blue Deskflow icon will then be installed on the desktop.
