Master Templates contain queries that are context sensitive. This means that each of the 25 Word mail merge icons in Deskflow must only be used with the template designed for it.
The reason is that the icon provides the filter clause needed by the SQL query that fetches data from the SQL database.
To Decide Which Query to Use for a Mail Merge:
1.Open the View and Tab where the mail merge is to be initiated. 2.Copy the matching Master Query (listed in Deskflow Templates Manager) into the mail merge template. 3.Launch the Word template from Deskflow 4.Insert fields from the Word mail merge drop down list into the template
