Opportunity Contacts are people who may be helpful in developing future business with the Companies for whom they work. A list of these Contacts is initially created by searching for people by name or by the company they work for.
From this list, inter-communication can proceed by phone, email, mailings or face-to-face meetings. The results of these sales and marketing activities can be recorded in the Contacts tab.
