The Personal tab is for keeping information about a person that is personal or confidential in nature. Unlimited length, time-stamped notes about a Person can also be recorded in the Personal Data tab.
The Personal data section is used for relationship building with prospective or current Client contacts.
Personal notes can be entered for a Person and each note is of unlimited length. Text may be copied from other sources and pasted into a note.
Date-stamped Notes:
•Multiple textual Notes can be recorded for a Person, each note is unlimited in length and can be hidden on a Per-user basis
•An optional date-stamp and subject can be applied to each new Note.
•A new Note is pre-pended to the existing one, so that reverse chronology occurs in a Note.
•People Notes are searchable from the main People Search screen.
