To Create Reference Documents for Finalist Candidates: 1.Select a Candidate from the Final List of Candidates. 2.Click Candidate References to find and add names of referees. If a referee does not exist, add the referee to the database. 3.Verify Candidate credentials, then check off the completed sections. 4.Repeat steps 1 to 3 for all Candidates. 5.Help negotiate final deal between the Client and the preferred Candidate. 6.Enter the start date and final details of Client’s offer to the Candidate. These now become part of the Candidate’s new position, and the Candidate is automatically removed from his/her current position. 7.When a Candidate accepts, click Place to move the Candidate to the open position. 8.Click Save. All other Candidates will be automatically unblocked from the current Project, and will turn gray.
Note: If a Placement is made, return to the People module/person tab and select Placed in the Status field.
To Place a Candidate: 1.Highlight the Candidate’s name. 2.Enter the Start Date. 3.Enter the Base Salary. 4.Select additional compensation options if applicable. 5.Enter Vacation weeks, if applicable. 6.Enter Total Compensation. 7.Select Successful Search (Placed) in the Project Outcome field. 8.Enter Notes/Comments, if applicable. 9.Zoom to the Candidate record and update the Status field to Placed. 10.Click Save. NOTE: If a placement is made, return to the People module/person tab and select Placed in the status field.
