Project Right Margin Actions

When a detail view of a Project is displayed, a vertical list of Action icons or buttons is displayed in the right margin of the window. The action performed by each icon is listed below:

To Save Changes to a Project:

Click Save Changes after entering or modifying data on any Project tab.

 

To Cancel Changes made to Project data:

Click Cancel Changes if the most recent data edits are not to be saved.

 

To Delete a Project:

Click Delete Project. The Project will be deleted if the User has sufficient rights.

 

To Record Project Advertisements:

Click Project Advertisements in Media.

 

To Get Latest Project Data (refresh data):

Click Get Latest Project Data. The data on the Project tab will be refreshed.

 

To Print a Project Report:

Click Print Project Report.

Double-click a Project-related report template.

Click Print, PrintB.

To Show Project Tasks:

Click Show Project Tasks.

 

To Create / Edit a Web Posting for the Project:

Click Create / Edit a Web Posting.

Candidates replying to the website postings appear automatically on the Research > Ad Resp. tab.

For each person on the Ad Respondents list, review the detailed profile.

If necessary, communicate with each Candidate by voice, email or mail.

Record the results of screening actions for each Candidate.

Select Candidates worthy of screening interviews, forwarding names to the Interview list.
