Schedule an Appointment or Task

As a result of a Marketing Call or other communication with a Current Contact, it may be necessary to schedule a follow-up call or appointment.

 

To Schedule an Appointment or Task for a Current Contact:

Select the contact name

Press ALT+T

Toggle between Appointment, Meeting Invitation, Task and Phone Call using the drop-down list icon.

Enter Subject, Date, Time, Priority etc

Click Save and Exit

 

To Create a Task from an Activity History Record:

1.Create a new Activity History record

2.Click the Create Task icon to optionally create a Task, Phone Call, Appointment or Meeting

3.Enter the Task details, then click OK

4.Click OK to save the Activity History record.
