Deskflow has an integrated Time Management system that tracks appointments, meeting requests, events, tasks and phone calls. This Time Management system links to People, Projects, Users, Events, Opportunities and Job Orders. Deskflow uses UTC time (the successor to GMT) to keep track of User appointments in different time zones,
Deskflow User Calendars and Task lists are provided in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly formats, with many optional reports.
Individual User Appointment calendars are bilaterally synchronized with Outlook calendars. As a system-wide option, Deskflow Tasks can be synchronized with Outlook Tasks (Deskflow versions released after August 2010)
Tasks and Phone synchronize with Outlook tasks in versions of Deskflow released after August 2010.
