An Opportunity is a potential future source of business. By assigning six estimated values to an opportunity, the probable future revenue stream from all Opportunities can be shown in a management report.
To Search For Opportunities:
1.From the Deskflow Toolbar, click Marketing. A pop-up appears.
2.From the pop-up, click Opportunities Manager. The Opportunities Manager search screen appears.
3.Alternatively, set focus on the toolbar and press ALT+O, then select Opportunities Manager.
To Search For All Opportunities:
1.From the Opportunity Manager search screen, enter % symbol in the Opportunity Code or Client Name field.
2.Click Search.
