Session Vendors

Session Vendors are the names of people who are contracted to supply goods and services related to an Event and Sessions within an Event.

 

To Add Vendor Contact Names to a Session:

1.Open the Session Vendors tab.

2.Click the Link new Vendors to the Session icon PushpinB.

3.Select names of people required as Vendors/Suppliers.

4.Add these names to the Session Vendors list.

5.The list of Vendor Contacts will be displayed.

Note: To identify and list Co-sponsors of an Event, define Sponsor as a Role in Session.
