Session Vendors are the names of people who are contracted to supply goods and services related to an Event and Sessions within an Event.
To Add Vendor Contact Names to a Session: 1.Open the Session Vendors tab. 2.Click the Link new Vendors to the Session icon . 3.Select names of people required as Vendors/Suppliers. 4.Add these names to the Session Vendors list. 5.The list of Vendor Contacts will be displayed. Note: To identify and list Co-sponsors of an Event, define Sponsor as a Role in Session.
