Role-based Skills

During a working career a person usually acquires experience in multiple companies, disciplines, industries and skills. It is useful to record the skills used or learned at each job. Then a Deskflow search can find a list of candidates with skills in selected companies, industries, roles and locations.

 

Skills can be shown for each Position or Job held by a Person.

Each Skill has optional Value, Unit of Measure, Level and Last Used columns.

 

WARNING: Do not use Role-based skills if Deskflow is configured to import skills from the Sovren Resume/CV Parser. Sovren only imports skills for People, not Positions.
