Event Tasks are to-do items that relate to an Event. Appointments, Tasks and Phone call reminders may all be scheduled. Note: Tasks are not scheduled for a Session, only for an Event.

 

To Schedule a Task for an Event:

1.Open Event > Sessions and Tasks > Tasks.

2.Click the Add New Task to Event icon, PlusIconB.

3.Schedule the Task or Appointment in the Task Editor panel.

4.Click OK to save the Task.

5.The new Task will be displayed in the Tasks list.
