Event Tasks are to-do items that relate to an Event. Appointments, Tasks and Phone call reminders may all be scheduled. Note: Tasks are not scheduled for a Session, only for an Event.
To Schedule a Task for an Event: 1.Open Event > Sessions and Tasks > Tasks. 2.Click the Add New Task to Event icon, . 3.Schedule the Task or Appointment in the Task Editor panel. 4.Click OK to save the Task. 5.The new Task will be displayed in the Tasks list.
