Using My Projects |

The My Projects view is used to view and execute only those Projects that the current User is associated with in the role of: Partner, Coordinator, Team Member or Interviewer.
To Filter the My Projects List: 1.Click the Set Projects Filter icon. 2.Tick the filter options required. 3.Click somewhere in the My Projects list to close the filter.
To Filter the My Projects Candidates list: 1.Click the Set List Filter. 2.Tick All Candidates OR tick the required filter options. 3.Click somewhere in the Candidates list to close the filter.
To Zoom to a Detailed Project record: 1.Select a Project in the Project list. 2.Double-click the selected row to zoom to Project details. 3.Close the Project details window to return to My Projects.
To Zoom to a detailed My Projects Candidate record: 1.Select a Candidate in the Candidate list. 2.Double-click the selected row to zoom to People details. 3.Close the People details window to return to My Projects.
To Expand the Width of the Project List: 1.Click the Zoom Projects Grid.
To Add a New Candidate to a Project: 1.Click Link New Candidate to Selected Project. 2.Select destination list from the listed options.
To Create a Search Contact Record (SCR) for a Candidate: 1.Select a Candidate. 2.Click Create New Search Contact Record for Selected Candidate. 3.Enter details in the Search Contact Record (SCR). 4.Click Save SCR.
To Show full Activity History for a Candidate: 1.Select a Candidate. 2.Click Show Full Activity History for Selected Candidate.
To Show Candidate Interview Statistics: 1.Select a Candidate. 2.Click Show Candidate Statistics.
To Show Tasks for a Candidate: 1.Select a Candidate. 2.Click Show Candidate Tasks.
To Print a Report for all Candidates: 1.Click Print Report for Candidates. 2.Select a report template from the list.
To Review Candidate Pipeline Status for a Project: 1.Select a Project in the Projects window. 2.In the Candidates window, tick the All Candidates option. 3.Click the List column heading to reverse sort the List. This shows the stage that a candidate has reached in a Project, with the Short List being stage 10 4.The sorted list shows Candidate stages in a Project in the following sequence 10) Short List 09) Presented 08) Interview List 07) Contact Register 06) Target Company 05) Recommended 04) Ad Respondent 03) Client Employee 02) File Search 01) Benchmark
