An Appointment can have four Status values that match those in the Outlook Calendar
These Appointment Status values and colours are:
•Busy (bar colour = blue)
•Free (bar colour = white)
•Tentative (bar colour = striped)
•Out of Office (bar colour = dark red
•Completed Appointment (text background = light green)
