Client Team Blocking

The Client Team on a Project is blocked from the Start Date of the Project.

The Block/Off Limits expires on a date calculated from the Start Date of the Project + the Client Company expiry value as entered in the Deskflow Administrator utility.

Regardless of any manual or enhanced blocking/off limits in place for a given Client company, the Client Team block/off limits will expire based on the rule as stated above.

Where the Start Date is not present, the Create Date of the Project will be used.

Important Note: The Start Date may be absent when the Company Block expiry is set and will be present when the Client Team is specified – there will be no way of reconciling this situation. So Start Date should always be present.
