The Companies Attributes Editor is used to define a master dictionary of attributes/skills that contain Company attributes, aliases and categories.

 

Each skill description can be 250 characters in length.

 

Do not use forward slash / , &, or apostrophes when entering skills. The search function within Deskflow already uses those symbols and so this can cause conflicts later on when searching and using skills.

 

Adding and editing Skills in the Companies Attributes Editor is done exactly the same way as in People Skills.

 

To Import a Company Attributes Dictionary:

1.Create an Excel file with three columns called: Category, Subcategory, Skill

2.Click Tools > Companies Attributes Editor

3.Highlight a parent Attribute Category - where the new data will be inserted

4.Click the icon Import skills from Formatted Excel File

5.Enter the Excel file name and Worksheet name

6.Click OK

7.The Company Attributes Dictionary will be imported
