Compensation

A Person can have multiples positions, so compensation information described below applies to each position.

Compensation details for each position held by a Person includes the following types of information:

•Currency Code (3 characters) for each Position or Job record. Default Currency is defined in the System Config file that can be accessed via the Deskflow Administrator.

•Base Salary

•Base Bonus

•High Bonus

•Total Compensation (Base Salary + Base Bonus)

•High Compensation (Base Salary + High Bonus)

•Pay Rate (for interim positions)

•Compensation Date

•Estimated Compensation flag

Benefits for a position can be comprised of five types of perks or benefits.

Typically, benefits could include items such as:

•Signing bonus

•Car

•Club membership

•Performance bonus

•Stock options.

Annual Vacation terms are also provided.
