Delete a Project

Deletion of a Project record can only be done by Users with the correct Workgroup permission, as set in the Deskflow Administrator. See example below.

 

A single permission setting is required to delete a Project.

 

A Workgroup member with deletion permission can not delete a Project if:

The Project has been completed (i.e. Candidate has been Placed)

Or Project Status = Completed

To Delete a Project Record:

1.Ensure that Deletion permission is set

2.Ensure that the Project Status is not "Completed"

3.Select a Project record

4.Click the Delete Record icon in the right margin, DeleteB

5.Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Note A deleted Project record can not be recovered other than by restoring the record and its dependent records from a database backup.
