Import a Task Filter

A Task filter can be created from scratch, or it can be imported (Opened) from a filter file that has an extension of .FLT

A very useful filter, called MyTask.FLT, is one that shows all my uncompleted Tasks that are overdue, all my current tasks (for today), and all my tasks for tomorrow.

This filter can be emailed to a User then imported via the Customize icon on the Diary.

To Import a Task Filter:

1.Open the Diary

2.On the Tasks panel, click the Customize icon

3.Click Open

4.Select the MyTasks.flt file from wherever it is saved

5.The MyTasks filter will become the current filter for Tasks
