Four types of Job Orders are provided: Direct Hire for full-time positions, Contract for temporary or contract positions, Multi-Rate for medical staffing applications, and Assignments for short term positions.

Direct Hire Job Orders are for use by Corporate HR Departments and Recruiting agencies.

Direct Hire Job Orders can be cloned from a browse list, in order to save time.

A Job Order has multiple tabs, with each tab used for a different stage of the process.

Major stages are: Definition, Web Posting, Candidate Search, Web Applicants, Pre-screening Interviews, Candidate Presentation, Hiring Manager Interviews, Reference checking, Placement.
