To Print a Report on Short Listed Candidates: 1.Open the Project and click the Presented tab. 2.Right-click the Print Report for Shortlist of Candidates icon. 3.Select a report (such as SN12) to attach to the Printer icon. 4.Click the Print Report for Shortlist of Candidates icon.
To Remove Candidate(s) from the Presented List: 1.Multi-select Candidate names in the Presented list. 2.Click the Remove from Presented List icon.
To Zoom to a Candidate Detail record: 1.Select a Candidate name in the list. 2.Double-click the selected row.
To Send Email to Candidate(s): 1.Multi-Select Candidate name(s) in the list. 2.Click the E-mail to Short List Candidate(s) icon. 3.Click Selected Names in the List. 4.Click Compose your email using a Template. 5.Select message format from the drop down list. 6.Click the Link to Template icon, . 7.Enter email subject. 8.Select space saving options. 9.Click OK.
To Write Letters to Candidate(s): 1.Multi-Select Candidate name(s) in the list. 2.Click the Create Letters for Candidates icon. 3.Select Option then click OK. 4.Select a mail merge template from the list. 5.Double-click the selected template. 6.Enter a document name and optional description. 7.Click OK.
