Presented Candidates tab

The Presented tab is for managing Candidates' references and for presenting Candidates to the Client.

 

To Collect and Manage Candidate References:

1.Select a Candidate then click the Candidate References... icon.

2.Select and add a Referee.

3.Click the New Reference Document icon.

4.Edit and save the reference document.

5.Repeat steps 1 to 4 for each Referee for each Candidate.

6.Select all the Candidates' names, click the EmailIconB icon located above the Candidates Presented list, click the Send Selected Candidates Resumes icon, then click OK.

7.Since each Candidate may have multiple Resumes/CVs, select the appropriate Resume/CV to send out for each Candidate (see below)

 

To Manage the Presented Candidates List:

1.The Candidates Presented tab is for the short list of Candidates.

2.If necessary, write and save custom-formatted versions of each Candidate’s Resume/CV.

3.Print a list of the Candidates to be presented to the Client.

4.Send an email to the Client with Resumes/CVs attached.

5.Forward Candidates selected by the Client to the Client Interview list.

 

To Email Presented Candidates Resumes To Hiring Manager:

1.Open the Project tab called Presented

2.Use Ctrl-Click to multi-select candidate names in the list

3.Click the Outlook icon just above the list

4.Check Selected names in the list

5.Check Send e-mail with Candidate Resumes attached

6.Select the Recipient type

7.Select one or more Recipients

8.Click OK

9.Select one or more Resumes/CVs for each Candidate

10.Click Select OK

11.Enter email subject in the email message.

12.Select email recipient from Deskflow database.

13.Click Send.

To Promote Candidates to the Short List for Client Interview:

1.Multi-select Candidates to be assigned to the Short List for Client interviews.

2.Click the Move Candidates to Client Interview icon.

NOTE:  Only move Candidates to the Client Interview tab when the recruiter’s interview outcome has been recorded. When the Project has been completed, update the Project Tab Status field to Completed and the Search Completed field to the appropriate search completed date.
