In Deskflow, when you use Power Search to search Resumes/CVs for a phrase such as "Sales and marketing" you MUST enclose the phrase in double quotes. Else you will get incorrect results.
A Power Search sequentially searches every single resume/cv embedded in the SQL database, and is therefore time-consuming and resource intensive.

On the other hand, a full-text search in People for the resume phrase: Business transformation consultant (without quotes) will search an external datasource of the text extracted from the resumes, and because it is indexed, it is much faster and less resource intensive.

For both types of search, ensure that the first column of your results window is FTR.

FTR is a Microsoft term for Full Text Ranking index, and is partially dependent on the frequency of the search phrase. It has a value between 1 and 1000. Microsoft does not publish the algorithm used in FTR.

If a Person has two identical Resumes/CVs, then only one People row will result and show the FTR value

If a Person has two or more different Resumes/CVs then only one People row will result and show the FTR value, but it will only show the highest FTR value of the multiple Resumes/CVs belonging to the person.
